Meet Amy Anderson
Amy has over 25 years of Human Resources generalist experience with emphasis on Employee Relations, organizational development, EEO/regulatory compliance, affirmative action planning, compensation planning, and management development. Her experience spans a variety of industries including manufacturing and behavioral health services. While in manufacturing, Amy held the position of Corporate EEO Manager/EEO Officer for a $4 billion company with 30,000 plus employees. She was most recently the Vice President of Human Resources for a behavioral services agency reporting directly to the owner/CEO. Â
As a Human Resources Consultant, Amy provides assistance to organizations on a broad range of issues, including investigation and defense of internal and external claims, preparation of HR strategic plans and support of initiatives such as performance management, policy development and implementation, development of investigation protocols, employee handbook preparation/updates, preparation of affirmative action plans and representation of clients in OFCCP reviews, compliance audits, and training for managers, HR teams, and leadership teams. Clients include Fortune 500, privately held companies, and non-profits.
Amy completed her Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management at Auburn University in 1995 and achieved her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification in 2001. She is a national member of The Society for Human Resources Management and is recognized by the organization as a Senior Certified Professional.
